Effective June 30, 2025, we will no longer be representing Waterman Engineered Products – and we wanted to share the “why” with transparency and clarity.
McWane Plant & Industrial (MPI), Waterman’s parent company, is shifting to a model in which one representative manages all MPI product lines within each territory. Some of those lines directly compete with products we’ve represented for over a decade. Honoring long-standing partnerships is central to how we do business, and representing competing lines would conflict with the level of commitment we bring to our manufacturers. For that reason, we’ve chosen not to take on the full MPI line card. In response, MPI has decided to transition Waterman representation to another firm. We respect MPI’s direction and are grateful for the partnership we’ve shared over the years.
We remain fully committed to the manufacturers and lines we continue to represent – Cla-Val, Val-Matic, Safe-T-Cover, Echologics, and Hydro-Guard, as well as the lines we represent in our Cimco division. We’ll continue to offer the technical expertise, engineering support, and outstanding service our partners and customers rely on.
For Waterman-related orders already in motion as of June 30, 2025, rest assured that our team will continue to see those through to completion. Please reach out to our team with any questions about existing orders.
