Our technicians rebuild and repair Cla-Vals every day—we’ve seen it all. Whatever the problem, we have the experience to solve it and correct parts on hand to get it done.

Control valve manufacturers recommend you replace the internal rubber components every 3-5 years. A rebuild consists of a full disassemble and cleaning of main valve and pilot controls, replacement of all rubber parts, inspection of all metal or plastic parts, and reassembly and testing to ensure proper operation.

Spot issues before they become emergencies. We’ll check and fix leaks in the pilot system, clean strainers in main valve and pilot systems, exercise the valves and check calibration to ensure they’re working properly.

We can help you stay on top of your control valve maintenance including valve logs, inspections and rebuild schedules.

Turning on your valve for the first time is intimidating. Our experienced technicians ensure everything has been installed and is operating properly. If anything was designed or installed improperly, they’re equipped with a fully-loaded truck and prepared to address it on the spot.

Get more out of your valve. Retrofit your valve with a new pilot system to get more functionality out of an existing setup. We can help you match new operating standards or equip your existing valve with data collection and metering technology.

For do-it-yourself repairs and maintenance we provide the proper Cla-Val OEM parts and repair kits. Knowing the size and model number of your valve will speed up the process.
