Strategic Continuity
This ownership transition is part of an intentional, multi-year plan to ensure stability and continuity for our customers, partners, and team. Robert and Beau have long contributed to Cimco-GC Systems’ success, and their expertise and dedication make them natural additions to the ownership group.

Raeann continues as CEO, leading day-to-day operations, while intentionally preparing Robert (CEO designate) and Beau (COO designate) to take on operational leadership. Raeann will remain actively involved on the ownership/executive team for years to come, shifting her focus to operations and software development.
Meet Robert (CEO Designate)
Robert joined Cimco-GC Systems in 2018 and has contributed across nearly every area of the company–technical training, warehouse operations, outside sales, Cla-Val design, technical quoting, and packaged station design. With a strong command of both technical and operational needs, he is a trusted resource to industry partners as well as our team, and is well-suited for his role as CEO designate and co-owner.
Meet Beau (COO Designate)
Since starting with Cimco-GC Systems in 2007, Beau has earned recognition across our region for his Cla-Val expertise, and for building a team of service technicians dedicated to precision, integrity, and care. Beau’s leadership sets a high bar for supporting industry partners and ensuring Cimco-GC Systems delivers consistent, dependable results. With deep hands-on experience and steady operational leadership in inventory, shipping, service, and maintenance scheduling, Beau is well-equipped for his role as COO designate and co-owner.
