Where did you grow up?
In a small town called Carnation, WA.
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Who has time for hobbies when you have three very busy kids with very busy activity schedules!? But I do enjoy playing soccer and working in the yard.
What is your favorite thing about working at Cimco-GC Systems?
My favorite thing about working at Cimco-GC Systems is the people I work with on a day-to-day basis. We have a great team here at Cimco and they are all like family!
Tell us about a time that your work made a difference and what you found satisfying about it.
Most of my role at Cimco-GC Systems is behind the scenes, but I get to see how even small efforts have a positive impact on our team. Things like improving our health benefits options or making sure we celebrate everyone’s birthdays. They seem simple, but those efforts help employees feel valued and supported.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is adaptability—the ability to thrive in and pivot in an ever-changing environment.
Do you have any surprise skills that most people in your professional world don't know about?
I speak Spanish and play the piano.
Best advice you ever received:
Enjoy the little things in life, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.
Describe a time that you saw one of Cimco-GC Systems' values in action?
A time I clearly saw the value of Partnership in action was when a very large, last-minute order came in around 4:00 p.m. Even though it was late in the day, everyone immediately stepped in to help. Sales, accounting, warehouse staff, and executive leadership worked together in the warehouse to pull and prepare the order so it could ship out at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. What made this moment memorable was how natural the teamwork felt—no one hesitated or said “that’s not my job.” It showed that partnership at Cimco-GC Systems isn’t just a value on paper, but something we live every day. To me, it meant knowing I’m part of a company that prioritizes supporting one another and doing whatever it takes to get the job done and take good care of our customers.
